End of Summer Edits

The end of summer scares me. In the beginning, I have a long list of things I want to do before the end of August, but every day I go to bed telling myself I can do it tomorrow... until tomorrow I'm back at school and nothing on the list got done. So this is the beginning of the list that I should have started in May but I'm actually just doing now. And I go back to school tomorrow.

Lately I've been fascinated by scars. Each scar is uniquely yours and symbolizes a time when you were stronger than whatever challenged you. Your skin grew back tougher, thicker- marking you as braver than before. Scars are second chances and also an insight into the human who bears them. Chances are you remember the stories behind yours because they've made you who you are.
